As usual everyday I have to handle around more than hundred of emails, is quite tough especially in analysing what the sender want, and this cannot be assume as we have SLA that we have to follow. In case of not sure, we have to email back the sender and ask them for confirmation in which usually will prolong the process. Enti ulih sigi enggai ngaga, tang udah pengawa jadi ka pen enda titih aja meh.
